February Monthly Meeting 2016.

February monthly meeting will be held at the Pointe-a-Pierre Wildfowl Trust on Sunday February 21st 2016

Directions to Wildfowl Trust are as follows:
From the Solomon Hochoy Highway, take the Gasparillo exit
-
then into Petrotrin compound to the gate.
- At the gate, members can inform Security that they are going to the Wildfowl Trust for a meeting.
- Once you enter the Petrotin compound there are signs to follow to direct members to the Trust.

Members are required to bring along their own refreshments.

After the meeting is concluded, members wishing to take a tour of the facilities can contact Lynn Seucharan before February 18th 2016 at 657-8911 or E-mail lynnseucharan@gmail.com so that arrangements can be made.


Monthly Show Table.

There will be no show table at this month monthly meeting.

South Orchid Show Diamond Jubilee (60) Years

Chairman for the South Orchid Diamond Jubilee Show is Mr. Anthony Tang Kai.
The venue for the show is San Fernando Technical Institute in San Fernando. Dates for the show are Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd May 2016 from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm on both days. This year the show is sanctioned by the American Orchid Society and there will be AOS judges to judge the exhibits.

All members are encouraged to support the show by displaying and exhibiting their plants and blooms.

Assistance is required for this show not only on the days of the show, but to assist in the planning of various phases of this Diamond Jubilee Show. Your contributions will be welcome.
Members wishing to be part of the Show Committee can contact the Management Committee at February monthly meeting.
