NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of the Society will be held on Sunday July 14th 2013 at the Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago Building on Lady Chancellor Road Port of Spain at 10.00 am.

1 Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting of July 15th. 2012
2 President's Report
3 Treasurer's Report
4 Election of Officers to the Management Committee for the 2013/2014
5 Any other business.

OTHER BUSINESS

Members are required to settle their outstanding ticket sales for the 2013 South Orchid Show.

The meeting will also include the Monthly Show Table and distribution of plant prizes won over the period August 2012 to June 2013

Please be reminded that only Financial Members 2013/2014 can participate in the Election of officers. Members are reminded to renew their membership with the Treasurer Gervais de Matas before the date of the Annual General Meeting. No dues will be accepted on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
