The TTOS Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday July 21, 2019 at
St Xavier's Private School, St Joseph

The Agenda is as follows

1) Opening of meeting and prayer, confirmation that a quorum is present.

2) Reading of the Minutes of the 2018 TTOS Annual General Meeting -
Confirmation of Minutes

3) President's Report, any queries

4) Treasurer's Report/ Presentation of Audited Financial Statement, any queries

5) Election of Auditors for 2019/2020

6) Election of Officers for 2019/2020

a) Naming of Returning Officer/ Scrutineers

b) Election of President

c) Election of Vice Presidents

b) and c) will have been previously nominated.

Persons standing for the following posts will be nominated in the meeting.

d) Election of Secretary

e) Election of Treasurer

f) Election of 5 Committee Members

7) Introduction of 2019/2020 Committee

8) Closing or adjournment of 2018/2019 Annual General Meeting

Conduct of raffle and presentation of Show Table

Directions to St Xavier's.

-turn off the Eastern Main Road at Abercromby Street, St Joseph.

-Proceed up the street for two blocks,

-turn right before the park and continue to the end of the road into St Xavier's yard.
