The AGM will be held on July 14, 2002 at 10.00 AM at
the Horticultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago Hall, Lady Chancellor
Road, Port of Spain.
The Agenda is as follows:
- Reading and Confirmation of the Minutes
- President's Report
- Treasurer's Report
- Presentation of the Jean Khan cup and
Prizes from the May Social
- Election of Officers
- Presentation of the Show Table
Members are reminded
that dues for the year
2002/03 are payable prior to the Meeting.
There will be a show
table and judging will be held
in the following classes:
Renanthera, Arachnis
and hybrids; Vanda; Ascocenda; Phalaenopsis: Dendrobium; Cattleya; Oncidium;
Terrestrials; Trinidad and Tobago
species; Other species and hybrids; First
flowering seedlings.
A new class has been added for the plants of new members
of the Society.
Plant prizes are awarded to the best exhibits.
